This is to inform you that our team has identified an issue where users might experience some disruptions while publishing as all Instagram Carousel and Threads multi media posts are failing to publish with the error message. This may or may not affect you Sprinklr User Error Message: "Unexpected error." Our team has raised the issue with Meta and are working with them to get this issue fixed as soon as possible.
